We believe in a 80/20 approach, 80% whole colorful nutrient dense foods with 20% less nutrition dense foods. Which means NO RESTRICTIONS. On my fitness app you'll receive video demonstration per exercise along with the ability to track your sets, reps, and volume used per exercise to ensure progress is being made. We teach our clients how to train with a progressive overload approach.
